How much does IT support cost in Leeds?
Plans start from £32 per computer a month. Our Premium Plan is £58 per person a month and includes the UK helpdesk, 24/7 monitoring and patching, security, Microsoft 365 backup and 3.5 hours a month with your IT Manager. Microsoft licences are supplied at cost.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. A typical handover takes 2–4 weeks from signing. We contact your previous provider for access and documentation, so you don’t have to, and carry out a free onsite audit before we go live.
What is an IT Manager session?
Every month your named IT Manager spends 3.5 hours on your IT, onsite or online. It covers your IT roadmap and budget, project scoping, automation and AI opportunities, and a security and licence review.
Do you set up Microsoft Copilot and automation?
Yes. We tidy your data and permissions first, write an AI policy, run a measured Copilot pilot, then roll it out. We also build Power Automate flows and Power Apps for repetitive jobs.
What counts as a person?
Each person is covered for two devices and a phone. You pay per person, not per device.
Who do you work with?
Leeds and West Yorkshire businesses of 5–100+ people, especially construction and trades, property and estate agents, and multi-site businesses.
How long is the contract?
12 months, then rolling, with 90 days’ notice.
Where are you based?
We are based in Leeds and support businesses across West Yorkshire, with onsite visits as part of your IT Manager sessions.
